Prompt
Every Sunday through Thursday at 6 PM Pacific for the next four weeks, prepare for my meetings tomorrow. For each meeting on my calendar with at least one other person, read the invite, recent email threads with the attendees, and any docs linked in the invite or shared in those threads. Write one page per meeting: who is attending and their role if you can tell, the purpose, what was last discussed or promised, open questions, and the one or two things I should decide or bring. Skip focus blocks, personal events and meetings I've declined. Don't reply to anyone, accept or decline invites, or change my calendar. Send all prep notes in one message in ChatGPT. If I have no meetings tomorrow, say so in one line. Confirm the schedule.

Paste it into your dot's conversation in ChatGPT. Edit anything in [brackets] first.

How it works

  1. Connect your calendar, email and files through Plugins. Reading is enough for this job.
  2. Change the days, time and time zone to match your week, then paste the prompt. Your dot should confirm the schedule back to you.
  3. Read the first pack and tell your dot what to change (“skip one-on-ones with my team”, “keep each note to five bullets”).
  4. The prompt ends after four weeks. That’s OpenAI’s advice for recurring work, and a good point to decide whether the notes are worth keeping.

For meetings with customers or prospects, the research before sales calls prompt adds public account context.
